Wishes handwritten on rice paper were gathered from a wide range of people from five different countries. They were then tied to 3 hoop-like structures and hung by pulleys that were anchored to large rocks on the floor. As the light shined through the papers and as the hoops swayed with air from the ventilation system, shadows on the floor created a fluid affect like water. The Irving Art Center, Texas.
